Let Fusion Help Guide You

Campus Rec Reopening Plan

Open your doors with care and confidence.

As you prepare to open your facilities, our team has been hard at work developing solutions to ensure a safe return for you, your staff and your members. In addition to highlighting existing tools that can be used to eliminate contact points and control capacities within your spaces, we're also excited to share details on additional features that are in the works.

Access Reservations

Utilize Programs by Schedule and associated check-in functionality to proactively cap the number of members using your facility throughout the day. With this set up, members can reserve a time slot to access your facility from the comfort of their home and check in upon arrival.

Book a time with one of our trainers to learn more about configuring facility appointments for your members.

Touchless Entry

Leverage FusionGO's barcode ID capabilities for entry and exit into your facility, allowing you to shift away from legacy hardware that requires contact, like magstripe readers or hand scanners. And coming in June, we're adding additional security measures to FusionGO to ensure each member's barcode can't be copied.

If you're unable to use FusionGO, you can still reach out to our team to discuss other contactless options that your current IDs may support, as many IDs allow for barcode or proximity scanning in addition to magstripe.

Capacity Counter

We're hard at work adding a facility capacity tracking display to Fusion. With live data at their fingertips, staff will be able to track the number of members in the facility at any given time and use this data to control further entry.
